Can I deposit online too, or only at the location?
Yes — online deposits are available too if the player prefers.
How many times can I deposit?
Unlimited deposits. The campaign bonus only applies to the first 3 in-person deposits. Online deposits remain unlimited and have their own online bonus offers.
Can I make all 3 deposits at once and get all 3 bonuses?
Yes — but after that they can't get any more in-person bonuses.
Can I mix in-person and online deposits/withdrawals?
Yes. The casino reserves the right to flag suspicious patterns (AML).
How long does a withdrawal take to confirm?
Typically 5 – 30 minutes. We recommend requesting in advance via chat or online bank withdrawal.
Are there more bonuses online?

Can I take an online bonus AND the on-site bonus?
Yes — both are available, separately. Online bonuses require an online deposit.
You cannot combine both into a single deposit and get both rewards.

What is wagering?
How many times the bonus must be bet before winnings can be withdrawn.
Example: A $200 bonus at 20× wagering means $4,000 in bets before it becomes withdrawable.
Why do bonuses have wagering?
Bonus money isn't real cash. Wagering ensures the bonus is actually played, prevents abuse, and keeps the offer sustainable.
Can I withdraw my bonus immediately?
No. The wagering requirement must be completed first. After that, the remaining bonus balance becomes real money.
What's the difference between bonus balance and real balance?
Real balance — the player's own deposited money. Withdrawable any time after the deposit's 1× wagering is completed.
Bonus balance — money given by the casino. Withdrawable only after wagering is completed.
What happens when a bonus expires?
Bonuses are time-limited (e.g. 7 days for some, 3 days for these FS bonuses). If wagering isn't finished by expiry, the bonus and any winnings from it are removed.
